Memphis Slim performs “Every Day I Have The Blues” during the mid-1960’s.
“Every Day I Have the Blues” credited to Peter Chatman (aka Memphis Slim) is often associated with jazz singer Joe Williams and B.B. King. In 1949, the song was released as “Nobody Loves Me,” the B-side of Memphis Slim’s “Angel Child” single. It’s been a Top-Ten hit single on the Billboard R&B chart four times and has received two Grammy Hall of Fame Awards.
