2005 Ottawa Blues Fest

Kenny Neal (guitar & vocals), and Billy Branch (harmonica) give a powerful rendition of “Goin’ Down Slow” at the Canadian, Ottawa Blues Festival in 2005.

The Ottawa Blues Festival was first held at Majors Hill Park in 1994 attracting 5,000 spectators. Even larger crowds were generated the following year with the billing of entertainers like John Hiatt and Buddy Guy. In 2005 the festival further diversify its offerings to reach a younger audience and those interested in a wider musical variety.
