Bobby “Blue” Bland sings a memorable rendition of “Soon As The Weather Breaks” backed by a big band featuring Ray Neal (guitar).

The song was first issued on Bland’s 1979 MCA LP “I Feel Good, I Feel Fine”.

Bobby Bland successfully released his first single on the Duke label in 1955 and scored a #1 hit on the R&B charts two years later with “Farther Up the Road”.

He continued to perform until shortly before his death at home in Memphis, Tennessee in June 2013.
