Two bluesmen from the hill country of Northern Mississippi perform “Telephone Blues” a number most famously associated with Chester Burnett (aka Howlin’ Wolf).

Set to the droning single-chord rhythmic strum of Burnside, Johnny Woods strays from the song’s standard treatment making this blues classic his own.
