Plays The Beatles

More proof of the “jazzmen love the Beatles” concept..Buddy Rich and his Orchestra offered up a version of Norwegian Wood in…Olso, Norway. The year was 1970. It had to be. It’s the only time in history you could wear clothes like these clothes. Warning: Trying to look hip can be hazardous to your long-term hipness…OK. The clothes may not be all that, but the music ain’t bad.I wish I had a personnel list, but no dice on this one.Click here more about How the Beatles constructed their vast catalog of powerful, memorable tunes
