John Coltrane knew he was dying and specifically requested that Ornette play at his funeral service.
This clip is said to be the recording of that performance and the name of the composition is reportedly: Holiday for a Graveyard
The person who posted this to YouTube originally is a serious collector who has posted a large number of authentic live jazz recordings.

John McPhee, born in Miami in 1939 and raised in Poughkeepsie, New York, started on the trumpet and added the saxophone at 32 after experiencing the music of John Coltrane, Albert Ayler, and Ornette Coleman. His career has been fantastically prolific.
