The year 1963 saw Art Blakey and the Jazz Messengers recording this track for the album “Buhaina’s Delight,” which shares its name with the piece. Curtis Fuller, a trombonist and a member of Blakey’s Messengers, composed this notable composition. Throughout its history, this band saw numerous legendary musicians pass through its ranks.
