A very skilled singer who also occasionally does rock-oriented shows, Veronica Swift has the ability and knowledge to become jazz’s top female singer if she wants.
One of her early influences was Anita O’Day so she sounds quite natural singing O’Day’s ”So Much Of Nothing To Do.”
While Veronica Swift can sing as loud and fast as everyone, she is quite restrained and quietly tasteful on this song while joined by pianist Julius Rodrigues, bassist Phil Norris, and drummer Kush Abadey.
