The young New Orleans trombonist Jeffery Miller started his career when he was 14 and joined Delfeayo Marsalis’ Uptown Jazz Orchestra.

He has worked since then with the Preservation Hall Jazz Band, The Count Basie Orchestra, Jon Batiste, and Christian McBride.

With a quartet also including pianist Emmet Cohen, bassist Russell Hall, and drummer Kyle Poole, Jeffery Miller sings “On The Sunny Side Of The Street” quite effectively and shows his skill with the plunger mute on trombone.
