Caity Gyorgy has emerged since 2020 as one of jazz’s top singers.

Few vocalists can perform comfortably at the rather rapid tempo of this performance, and there are not many scat-singers on the level of Caity Gyorgy.

Pianist Emmet Cohen really tears into the piece during his remarkable solo, bassist Yasushi Nakamura keeps the performance swinging hard, and drummer Kyle Poole has an inventive solo of his own.
