An insightful discussion between two masterful pianists along with plenty of music

In Dec. 1974, Andre Previn interviewed Oscar Peterson for an hour before a live audience.
While Previn was a superb jazz pianist himself in addition to being a composer and conductor in several fields (including classical music and for Hollywood soundtracks), he was clearly in awe of Peterson, who consistently displays his brilliance both musically and in his storytelling.
The stories are consistently fascinating, Peterson’s playing shows that he was at the top of his game, and the interplay between the two results in many witty and insightful moments.
