Walter Horton (harmonica & vocals) performs two numbers on the American Folk Blues Festival tour in Frankfurt, Germany on November 16, 1970 accompanied by Lonnie Brooks (guitar), Lafayette Leake piano, Willie Dixon (string bass), and Clifton James (drums).
One of the greatest harmonica players in blues history Willie Dixon once described Big Walter Horton as “the best harmonica player I ever heard.” He began playing harp in Memphis during his early teenage years and first appeared on record backing guitarist Little Buddy Doyle in 1939.
