International Jazz Fest 2000

Carey Bell (harmonica & vocals) appears live at the 2000 International Jazz Festival in Bern, Switzerland with Steve Jacobs (guitar), Johannes Pach (keyboards), T. A. James (bass), Marc Tiffault (drums).

In addition to his own records the late Carey Bell appeared on those of other blues artists notably Earl Hooker, Robert Nighthawk, and Lowell Fulson. He was the last in a long lineage of Mississippi harmonica players to learn solely from other musicians, not recordings.
