Renowned for his unparalleled work as Howlin’ Wolf’s guitarist beginning in 1954 Hubert Sumlin has long been the focus of the admiration of blues fans. His unique guitar style was undoubtedly a component partially responsible for Howlin’ Wolf’s continuing success.
