Keb’ Mo’ performs on the television program “Sessions at West 54th” on June 10, 1997 in New York joining musicians Joellen Friedkin (keyboards), Reggie McBride (bass), and Laval Belle (drums). Songs recorded at this session appeared on his 2000 album Keb’ Mo’, Sessions at West 54th. The album stands apart from his prior releases in that it does not feature any songs composed by Robert Johnson.
