Back in 2002, the Polish singer Anna Maria Jopek collaborated with guitarist Pat Metheny to record the little-known Nonesuch album Upojenie at a concert.

They utilized a large rhythm section with electronics, a few percussionists, and background singers to perform a variety of Polish folk songs and some Metheny tunes.

The guitarist’s “Are You Going With Me” is given a passionate and adventurous interpretation by Metheny (who takes a blazing guitar solo) and Jopek with strong playing by drummer Cezary Konrad.
