A swinging trombone-piano duet on an obscure song

There have only been two recorded versions of “I’m Rhythm Crazy Now.”
The catchy swing tune was recorded by the Fletcher Henderson Orchestra in 1933 during a session led by his brother, pianist-arranger Horace Henderson.
The second version was made in 2013 for a date led by singer Rebecca Kilgore, which was fortunately filmed.
The latter, taken as an instrumental, features the masterful trombonist Dan Barrett (a major swing stylist since the 1980s) and the versatile pianist Paolo Alderighi, who in this setting plays stride piano.
The duet, which includes a bit of trading off, is a delight.
