Arranger-pianist Gordon Goodwin has long led one of the top big bands based in the Los Angeles area.

For this version of the Christmas favorite “Let It Snow, Let It Snow, Let It Snow,” Goodwin’s ensemble is joined by the five-voice vocal group Accent and trumpeter Arturo Sandoval.

While the voices of Accent are impressive, Sandoval takes honors whenever he plays; the result is a warm version of the Xmas standard.
