“On Danish Shore” was written by Oscar Peterson and Danish bassist Niels-Henning Ørsted Pedersen for their 1983 album “If You Could See Me Now.”

The combo performs the tune at a 1983 Jazz at the Philharmonic concert in Tokyo. JATP, a concert series that lasted nearly four decades, was created by impresario Norman Granz in 1944.
