Keith Jarrett

The Keith Jarrett Trio put their stamp on the jazz standard “On Green Dolphin Street” at a 1987 concert in Tokyo, Japan.

Polish composer Bronisław Kaper wrote the song for the 1948 film “Green Dolphin Street.” After Miles Davis recorded the tune in 1958 – adding the word “On” to the title – it became a jazz standard.
