Recorded on October 22, 1951 in Chicago, Illinois featuring J. B. Lenoir (guitar and vocals), Sunnyland Slim (piano), and Alfred Wallace (drums).

This song was one of J. B.’s successful early recording efforts. He had other minor hits and in 1954 recorded his most commercially enduring release for Parrot, “Mamma Talk To Your Daughter” which reached no. 11 on Billboard’s R&B chart.
