Bern Jazz Fest ’97

Joe Louis Walker (guitar & vocals), Matt “Guitar” Murphy (guitar), and Billy Boy Arnold (harmonica) perform in Germany at the 1987 Bern Jazz Festival concert.

Joe Louis Walker, a fixture of the San Francisco music scene since his mid teens during the 1960s, fronts the trio containing two elder bluesmen as a seasoned performer himself by this point.

The song “Rebecca” was made famous on record by it’s author Big Joe Turner.
