Louis Myers (guitar & vocals) is accompanied by his band “The Aces” featuring Dave Myers (bass), and Fred Below (drums), during a performance in the 1970s.

In 1950 “The Aces” gained a permanent drummer with the addition of Fred Below prompting them to become “The Four Aces” another in a series of name changes. They had been known prevously as “The Little Boys” at first when the group was a mere duo consisting of the Myers Brothers. With the subsequent addition of Junior Wells, they became the “Three Deuces”, and then the “Three Aces” briefly before Wells’ departure in 1952 to join the Muddy Waters Band.
