Hot jazz played outside during the pandemic

The regular jam session-oriented gig led by trumpeter Jon-Erik Kellso at the Ear Inn in New York was interrupted (as was everything else) by the COVID pandemic.
On May 2, 2021, Kellso’s group (called the Ear-Regulars) had their first job after 14 months, playing outdoors at the Ear Inn.
Kellso is joined by Scott Robinson on C-melody sax and the small Eb tuba, guitarist Matt Munisteri, and bassist Pat O’Leary for a boisterous version of “Hindustan” that alternates between two keys.
Even a pandemic cannot stop hot jazz for long.
