While jazz has continued evolving with new styles and approaches, the older styles still exist and are often played with enthusiasm and creativity.

“Please Don’t Talk About Me When I’m Gone” became a standard by the late 1920s.

A group of all-stars (none of whom were around in the 1920s or 30s) have a good time creating a spirited version of the vintage tune.

Trombonist Dan Barrett, trumpeter Jon-Erik Kellso, clarinetist Evan Christopher, pianist Rossano Sportiello, bassist Sam Rocha, and drummer Josh Collazo are among the top swing/trad players of today and each make strong contributions to this recent performance.
