Jimmy Lee Robinson performs his Chicago blues in Europe during the 1965 American Folk Blues Festival.

Jimmy Lee returned from Europe in 1965 to the death of him mother striking his family with financial hardship. He dropped out of music and worked as a taxi cab driver and then took a job as a security guard. Finally after 30 years a band of younger musicians the “Ice Cream Men” convinced him to make a comeback. He released an album in 1994.
