Ornette Coleman & Prime Time perform “Dancing In Your Head” recorded at the Live Under the Sky festival in Tokyo, Japan on July 26,1986 at the Yomiuri-Land Theatre East.
This composition first appeared on Ornette’s symphony album “Skies of America” released in 1972.
The composition appeared again on the landmark “Dancing in Your Head” released in 1976. The personnel for that recording was:

Same group here with the following exceptions:
Rudy McDaniel changed his name to Jamaladeen Tacuma and Albert MacDowell joined the band on bass too. Instead of Jackson, Denardo Coleman and Kamal Sabir appeared on drums.
