Sarah Vaughan’s vocal talents would earn her a Grammy and, in the late ’80s, even the National Endowment for the Arts’ “Jazz Masters Award.” She would also win a Grammy.

“Over the Rainbow” is one of the most famous songs to come out of Hollywood – the signature song of 1939’s “The Wizard of Oz.” It would also define the career of Judy Garland.
