Sam Chatmon (guitar & vocals) filmed by Alan Lomax at his home in Hollandale, Mississippi during August 1978 performs an unidentified blues.

During his 1978 film trip though the rural south accompanied by John Bishop and Worth Long, Alan Lomax dropped in for a visit with blues legend Sam Chatmon. In the process he was able to capture and preserve this and many other soul stirring performances for the ages.
