During the past 40 years, Dianne Reeves has sung a wide variety of material including r&b, soul, personal folk songs and pop tunes.

Jazz fans know that she is at her best when performing jazz standards.

Her warm and versatile voice, infectious jazz phrasing, and ability to swing at all tempos puts her at the top of her field whenever she explores jazz songs.

In 2004 Dianne Reeves toured as part of s trio that matched her voice with the guitars of Russell Malone and Romero Lubambo.

For this tender and beautiful vocal version of “Embraceable You,” Reeves is joined by Malone and the results are heartwarming.
